Entry Report Co was created to give tenants the advantage of real industry experience — not guesswork.
With over 16 years in property management as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, including senior roles and management of Property Management departments, there is a strong understanding of how properties, reports, and applications are assessed behind the scenes.
Extensive experience attending NCAT has also provided clear insight into the level of detail required for evidence, documentation, and presenting a matter effectively — including what holds up, and what doesn’t.
Having also experienced renting firsthand, there is a genuine understanding of both sides of the process — including the challenges tenants face and the impact of bond claims.
Entry Report Co was established in response to the gap between how things should be done and how they are often handled in practice — particularly when it comes to entry reports, applications, and supporting documentation.
The aim is simple — to give tenants access to the same level of knowledge, attention to detail, and standards used within the industry.
So tenants are properly prepared, accurately documented, and protected from the beginning of their tenancy through to the end.
